compensate for a deteriorating agricultural sector. Texts are included
from each presentation, followed by commentaries from members of the
working group.

and stability. It focused on analysis of migration processes and
trends, the changed migration behavior of different sociodemographic
and ethnic groups, and the specific features of market relationships in
the sphere of labor (low incentives, growing hidden and real
unemployment, and weak economic mechanisms for regulating
employment)."
